Brief

Bluma is a mobile app that connects manicurists with users who need immediate or scheduled service. Evaluate the journey maps and wireframes of the iOS/Android mobile app to uplift the user interface and improve the overall user experience. Build the app from scratch and support marketing to launch with a landing page.

Challenge

Remake the Uber model, but customizing the experience to a different industry and local market.

Outcome

The app was tested with real users and then launched. After a year of improvements, it reached +5000 users, scored 4.2 in Play Store and 5.0 in Apple Store.
